December Goals: What are you celebrating about 2016?
It’s the second Monday of December 2016 and we’re approaching the end of the year.
Last week I asked you to sit down, reflect on 2016, write down your plans for this month and start working on your plans for next year.
If you took a look at your 2016 you may have identified your wins but also some failures because that’s life, that’s totally normal. And when you experience failure you’re able to rise again with a better understanding and a winning approach when it comes to your personal and professional life. It’s a journey that I’m actually happy to experience because it will show me what should be done and what shouldn’t be done. Next time I will be one step closer to perfection!

So, go ahead and celebrate! You deserve it! You worked so hard for yourself, for your clients, you made their dreams come true, you made it possible. All this thanks to your knowledge, your expertise, your experience, your dedication, your passion. Don’t underestimate your special powers – we tend to look at the negative things about ourselves but we don’t realize that we are successful in our business because we are good. We are not perfect, we’re just human beings, but WE ARE GOOD!
Stay tuned for my upcoming Challenge, it will be packed with tips and inspiration for a fantastic 2017!
~~~ TAKE ACTION ~~~ Make a list of all the goals you accomplished and see how far you went. Don’t limit this list to your professional life, include your achievements in your personal life (starting a beautiful family, making a special new friend, enjoying more time for yourself).
