How do you define success in your life?
I just posted my #MondayMovesMe inspirational quote on Instagram that says: Success – This is what I’m here for. I wanted to discuss what success means to you and why.
What is your definition of success? Is it money? A glorious job? A beautiful family? Do you think it’s just luck? I hear people saying all the time: “That person is successful because she / he is lucky.” I wouldn’t be so sure… That person is successful because she / he worked hard to get there, knew what she / he wanted in life and made it happen. Maybe she / he tried different things that didn’t work but she / he got there at the end. It’s all about determination and commitment.
We all have a different vision for a successful life: what is very important for some of you might not be that relevant to others. This is because we have different goals in life, we have different interests and we want to reach different destinations.

Maybe you just want to raise a wonderful family and teach your kids to be respectful of others, never stop learning, love other people around them, and make their dreams come true thanks to determination and commitment and hard work.
Maybe you just want to make a huge amount of money, millions of dollars, and live a great life.
Maybe you want to travel around the world or maybe you want to make money to give others in need, help in any way possible. See, there are many things that we want to achieve and my idea of future is different from yours.
My definition of success is to be able to inspire others and let them achieve the life they want, I see myself as a successful person when I’m a role model for these people so that can enjoy life as much as I do. We’re all busy, of course, I am too, I have two businesses to run (event planning and business coaching) plus I’m always on social media to interact with my audience, with my followers, with my friends. But that doesn’t mean that I can’t find the time to enjoy life with family, doing what I love. Because life should come first, then work should follow.
So ask yourself what your definition of success is. It can help you get to your destination and see what is really important for you, what’s really important in your life.
And, if you can, try to include others around you, because when you can help with your knowledge, your expertise, your good heart, everything has much more sense and you have a true mission to make your life and the life of others much better.
