This beautiful quote by Elizabeth Gilbert (you might remember her from her memoir Eat, Pray, Love) is one of my favorites and it’s very powerful. The power of selecting your thoughts is something that we as human beings tend to underestimate. And, for this reason, we should pay more attention to that: we need to be more focused and more intentional when we think, when we take action, when we decide which direction we have to take in our daily life.
We always choose our outfits carefully, don’t we? Why not choose our thoughts carefully as well? You will notice a huge difference in your life, a lot of positive things will happen and a lot of goals will be easier to achieve.
