I also shared my personal experience and what brought me to the concept of life-work balance that is part of my coaching programs. After dealing with overwhelm and chronic stress for years, I realized that body and mind must be in balance if you want to see outstanding results in your personal and professional life. By doing that you earn more energy and you’re more productive. It’s much more than finding a few hours in your day or week to reach an ideal balance. This balance must start in your body and that includes eating healthy, sleeping more, exercising regularly, and taking time for YOU.
