“The challenge of the unknown future is so much more exciting than the stories of the accomplished past.” ~ Simon Sinek

Do you live in the past, in the present, or in the future? I personally live in all three. How? I use the past to gather information and learn from all the times I tried, I failed, and I succeeded. I live in the present to be connected with my dreams, my goals, my network, my clients. I look at the future as a destination for all my goals. I envision my life as a better place for everything that I want to be, do and provide to those around me. I get very excited thinking about the future, it’s where all my expectations will become reality and I can’t wait for that to happen!

I’m not opposed to the stories of the accomplished past, they can bring back great memories. But you can’t sit on them for too long, your life is moving (at a very fast pace) and you need to evolve in order to be ahead of the curve. Otherwise, you will be left behind and you will cherish less and less successful stories. Your creativity will slowly die. Your brand will slowly be forgotten.
