Life-Work Balance – Ep.18: Find time for personal development
Today’s topic is dedicated to the “Love Yourself” principle which is my favorite one because it’s about me, it’s about giving time to myself and being able to take care of myself. By doing so I’m able to take care of others because I have what I need to help others. If you miss something in your life you’re not able to take care of others.

I was at Social Media Marketing World last week and one of the keynote speakers was Brian Solis. His talk was about the evolution and revolution of social media in society, business and marketing. One thing that he said during his presentation was, “You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.” And I find it very true: when you accept yourself and you love yourself you see everything around you under a different light, and you’re able to move forward more easily, to reach your goals more quickly. The drive and energy are filled with positivity.
In order to accept yourself you have to grow. This means, working on your personal development. Every single day.
How can you do that?
