Life-Work Balance – Ep. 19: When is your golden hour?
Do you know about your “golden hour”? This is something that I often discuss with my coaching clients and they have no idea of what it is. Even more, they don’t know how it can help them become more productive.
You hear me saying all the times, life is busy, life gets in the way, we never have time to fit everything we want and, at the end of the day, we realize we completely ignored some tasks or projects that had the same exact importance of others. I’m sure you can relate to that to some degree. So, how can we focus and manage our time better?
There are different solutions but this one is great because it works with you, it works together with your rhythm, and I’m talking about finding your golden hour.
What is it? Simply put, it’s a period of time when you are extremely productive and you’re able to accomplish more than usual.
This could be one hour as the term says, or more, like a period of two hours.
