Complaining about Mondays?
“The worst part of my Mondays is hearing you complain about Mondays”
LOL I just found this quote and I couldn’t resist posting it. it’s definitely perfect timing! This morning I ran a coaching session with a new client today and, as soon as I asked her how her day was going, she immediately responded with: “Ugh, it’s one of those Mondays!”
And I said to myself: I’m sooo glad she’s my client, I will make her stop complaining about Mondays… Then she laughed saying: “Ooops, I think I wasn’t supposed to say that! I’m so sorry, I know how good you feel about Mondays, and that’s why I decided to work with you. My day just started in the wrong way, I need help!” Luckily, everybody is OK and everything is fine but, this is a very common complain that I hear from new clients and people around me all the time. So, let’s try to change that habit!
Mondays are very productive and positive days in my weekly routine because I get to work on new ideas and projects. It’s a very inspiring and motivating process for me. I used to hate Mondays but now I am always looking forward to them.

I would love for you to try focusing on the positive side of Mondays. It’s a new week, it’s like buying something new that you can’t wait to wear, or a new trip that you’re dying to take, or a new friend that you hope to meet soon. Think about something that brings you joy, excitement, and use that positive energy to your advantage. Use your Mondays as an opportunity to start something new that gives you the same positive feeling!
