Love yourself to nurture positivity

How often do you love yourself? Probably not enough. You know it’s important, but you don’t have the time for it. There are always other things getting in the way between you and your happiness.
For my clients, the “process” of loving themselves is difficult to understand. They don’t know where to start, they don’t know what to do about it, they don’t really know what it entails. For that reason, they decide to avoid it because they consider it superfluous. But have you ever tried to love yourself for five minutes on a busy day? Amazing. It changes everything in your body and in your mind.
You should slow down and dedicate a few minutes to yourself every day. When you start this healthy habit you can go farther and become happier. You nurture your positivity, and everything you think or do has a completely different meaning and purpose in your life.
