What is Live Life Fully About?
After helping hundreds of busy professionals upgrade their lives and achieve Life-Work Balance in my coaching practice, I felt the need to reach more people and allow them to live better, just like my clients.
You will agree with me that, in our modern society, work often comes first, and then our life follows. We prioritize work, being always on the run, and celebrate busyness. As a result, we tend to put ourselves last in our to-do list and this is taking a toll on our health and well-being.
Does this sound familiar to you? I was in the same situation years ago and it wasn’t fun. But I created a solution.
There are dozens of books and thousands of articles on WORK-LIFE balance, but no other book has approached LIFE-WORK balance before.
We are human beings, not human doings. Shouldn’t we put our life first, then work?
Live Life Fully is a practical guide that shows how to upgrade yourself and achieve everything you desire in life and business with Life-Work Balance, my signature coaching system based on a six-pillar framework (nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management, self-care, mindset), and the help of biochemistry, neuroscience, epigenetics, and biohacking.
With Live Life Fully you will be able to increase energy, focus, positivity, creativity, happiness, and become more productive and successful while improving your well-being.
We need time to rest, to relax, to recharge. Our bodies and our brains perform better when they have the time to recharge and they are aligned. They should be considered as a system, not as two separate entities. Together, they are a powerful ally in our goal setting.
