Movement is associated with longevity, increased productivity, increased cognitive capacity, and better mood. From regulating hormones and neurotransmitters to genetic expression, there is no better medicine than the benefit of movement and exercise.
Regular exercise can also dramatically reduce inflammation. Important for both physical and mental health, exercise may be critical for the prevention and even the reversal of chronic disease.
Being active every day remains one of the most powerful and impactful ways to maintain our health.
Unfortunately, physical results are not always visible immediately. It takes a while to see changes in your body, and for this reason, my clients struggle to keep a consistent routine when it comes to movement. However, what I always focus on to motivate my clients is the mood boost that exercise can create, and this happens almost instantly.
