Add more life to your day
“I cannot add more time to my life, but I can add more life to each day.”
Where did I hear this quote? I started repeating it to myself a few months ago, and it stuck with me. It makes me appreciate every moment I spend with myself, with my family, with my friends, with my clients. It reminds me of how precious life is. It allows me to see things in a different (more positive) way.
How can you add life to each day?
This is a question that I ask my coaching clients very often. It prompts them to realize that there’s more to their lives, it encourages them to be more mindful about the choices they make, to be more present in the moment. They become more in control of their lives because they are more aware of how they live every single day. They don’t waste time, they use it consciously. They don’t waste opportunities, they grab them with enthusiasm. They don’t waste relationships and friendships, they bring more value to them.
