
New video series: Your Weekly Dose of Life-Work Balance
A new year has started, and I just launched a new video series, Your Weekly Dose of Life-Work Balance.
I’m very excited about it for two reasons:
- I’ll post a video every week sharing valuable tips and strategies on how to achieve Life-Work Balance. As you may know, this is my specialty as I help clients prioritize themselves with customized lifestyle habits based on neuroscience, epigenetics, and positive psychology. Each video will focus on a different topic, from nutrition to movement, sleep, stress/anxiety/burnout management, self-care, and time optimization;
- This video series is my 12-month goal for 2022 and I really hope I’ll make it through December! Being a long goal, I can already feel the pressure and the challenge because it will require a lot of commitment and consistency, but I like it!
I posted the first video yesterday where I shared my story, how I found my big “why,” and how I became a coach. My clients are always curious to know how my Life-Work Balance system came to life, and I hope you are, too.
