Sleep is considered as a luxury or an optional activity in our hectic life, and unfortunately people don’t get enough rest. I usually work with two types of clients in my coaching practice: those who don’t think they have time for sleep because they have too much to do (and they sacrifice sleep, causing a lot of issues in their health and performance), and those who would like to sleep but they can’t, and in the video, I mentioned how insomnia can be affected by hundreds of reasons.
