But slowing down is necessary, not a luxury or a sign of laziness.
Self-care is a way to maintain balance, wellness, and health, and recharge our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual areas with a conscious effort to practice beneficial habits, possibly daily. Self-care is our best self-love act.
