Chronobiology is a fascinating field that studies our physiological cycles and rhythms. Our biological patterns, or rhythms, regulate many systems in our bodies, such as hormone production, eating and digestion, and more; they operate like a “clock” inside our brain, and they are often influenced by factors in the environment.
In the video, I went through two of the most critical rhythms, circadian and ultradian, and I shared tips to restore and maintain them in our modern life.
