Setting routines gives structure and order to your day, it creates a clear plan that allows you to dedicate time to yourself and achieve your goals, and we know how hard it is to do that in our busy life. But being busy isn’t a good excuse. In fact, the busier you are, the more you need to have a routine. And it doesn’t have to take too much of your time, it can be just one hour, or even less.
In the video, I shared habit suggestions for the morning and the evening, and some tips to create – and most of all, maintain – your ideal routine.
