Are Naps Good for You? (Video) – Episode 37 of Your Weekly Dose of Life-Work Balance
In this video, I share tips about napping, and I answer the most popular questions: When should I take a nap? For how long? Is it good for me? Watch below!
Taking naps during the day can provide many benefits, but it can also provide negative side effects if you nap for too long and at the wrong time of the day, disrupting your sleep-wake cycle (this might be the reason why you need to take a nap during the day).
Watch the video where I shared tips about the best times to nap in the day, for how long, and the best tips for a refreshing and restorative nap. I also shared an interactive tool that helps you calculate the best time to nap based on your sleep schedule.
If you are struggling to make time for rest and sleep (and organize your day), you might consider working with me!
