I never promise my clients that I can remove stress from their lives when we work together, and I can’t promise the same to you. Stress will always be there if you live a normal life like all of us, but there is a solution to live better, and it’s the way you respond to stress triggers by recognizing how the body reacts and taking appropriate action. This way, you will be able to shift from the sympathetic state (your fight-or-flight response) to the parasympathetic state. When we are able to easily switch between sympathetic and parasympathetic states during the day, we can keep our body in balance and with optimal levels of energy, focus, and performance. And the more we stay in parasympathetic mode, the healthier we are.
