It turns out that none of that is necessarily true. Actually, you can work at a slower pace, fewer hours, and on one thing at a time to achieve better results. That way, you gain more energy, more focus, and you feel better. That’s how your body and brain allow you to be more productive.
The secret is mindfulness. When you’re mindful, you’re present, and you are less reactive to all the distractions and stimuli around you.
