I love being productive! It is so satisfying to fit tasks and projects during the day and complete them seamlessly while I coach my clients and help them grow personally and professionally. It makes me feel very accomplished. Do you feel the same? But sometimes, we get so obsessed with productivity that we become … unproductive. This is what I see often with my clients.
Believe it or not, you can become addicted to productivity, and the reward mechanism is the same of other types of addiction, becoming a compulsive behavior, and eventually our health and relationships can get affected as well.
Learn ways to regain control of your productivity by watching the video, I also mentioned a valuable tool to measure work addiction.
