In this video, I shared pros and cons of sleeping positions and tips to choose the best one to rest better and improve your overall health. Watch below!

Do you sleep on your back, on your side, or on your stomach? Do you have a favorite sleeping position? I do, and it’s my right side!

The way you sleep could be impacting your health in several ways. We spend about one third of our lives sleeping, and sleep is associated with many restorative and regenerative processes in our body, so you must find the right sleep position that supports your body to repair and recover while you rest.

Ideally, you want to promote a healthy spinal alignment from your hips to your head when you sleep (sleeping on your back comes to mind for this), but we all have different sleep positions, and if you prefer sleeping on your stomach and you feel comfortable, you don’t have to force yourself to sleep on your back just because you need to support your spine. However, if you experience pain or health conditions, you may need to change your position to improve the quality of your sleep.

In the video, I went through various sleeping positions and how they can be beneficial depending on your unique needs.
