My signature program, Life-Work Balance, includes the MOVE pillar focusing entirely on movement and exercise. When I work with my clients, they always ask me, “What type of workouts would you recommend?” or “What type of physical activity is best for me?” These are very valid questions since we’re all different, we all react to movement and exercise in diverse ways, and you should know how your body responds to various types of activity to benefit from your efforts. In my coaching practice I offer a precise solution to answer their questions which is based on their genetic profile (you can find more information below).
I always encourage my clients to integrate a variety of physical activity into their weekly routine, and just move every day throughout the day, especially on those days when they don’t have time to work out, to allow their body – and brain – to stay active, flexible, and in great shape. You should do the same, even if it’s just walking, gardening, house chores, or playing with your kid, for at least 30 minutes. It’s much better than doing nothing during the week and then over-exercising on the weekends. Our body functions better when we move every day!
