Incorporating SMART – Goals, Gray, and Growth (Video)
Do you ever feel like you’re setting goals, but they never stick? They feel too big… or too vague? What if I told you there’s a way to structure your goals so they work for you, not against you? In this video, I’m going to show you exactly how!
We all love setting goals – but let’s be real: most goals fail because they’re not clear enough. One of the methods I use to help my clients achieve their goals better and faster is the SMART framework which, surprisingly, a lot of people still don’t use.
SMART is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. In the video, I break down each SMART component, and I use an example to give you a clear idea of how to apply the framework. I also share some tips that can help you achieve your goals based on the SMART criteria.
If you’re ready to take your goal-setting journey to the next level, I invite you to sign up for my New Year, New You Goal Setting Workshop. We’ll work together to clarify your values, set goals that feel authentic, and create a roadmap to achieve them. I also offer customized versions of this workshop for companies and organizations, addressing specific challenges and needs to create a more productive and harmonious workplace.
If you’re looking for support beyond goal setting, you can schedule a FREE Clarity Call to discuss your unique challenges. My coaching programs are designed to help you optimize or upgrade different areas of your life, so let me help you achieve the success you deserve!
