Don’t Fear Judgment in Your Goals – Goals, Gray, and Growth (Video)
Let’s imagine this scenario: You set a goal. You’re proud of it. You’re making progress. But suddenly, you start wondering: “What will people think?” In this video, I show you how you can still move forward with your goals.
For me, going gray has been a very personal journey, and one of the biggest lessons it has taught me is how to handle the fear of being seen differently. Over the past few months, I’ve heard unsolicited advice and all types of comments from people who were trying to convince me to change my mind. And in those moments, I realized something powerful: The more visible your transformation becomes, the more likely it is to attract judgment. But judgment doesn’t define you; your response to it does.
In the video, I share some tips to help you move forward with your ideas, your dreams, or your exciting plans without letting fear or resistance hold you back.
